The food is stellar, from the best cheddar biscuits you’ve ever had to a pork “porterhouse” as juicy and flavorful as a dry-aged steak. Oh, and the steak (served with potatoes roasted tender and then deep-fried crisp and deep-fried Brussels sprouts, to boot) is pretty sweet, too.
