As the original Vietnamese restaurant in St. Louis, Mai Lee has been around somewhat longer than the cuisine has been a mainstream choice, steadily expanding its menu and upgrading its décor. It's still a great choice for the rice-paper-based spring roll called goi cuon, as well as a long list of both mild and spicy chicken, beef, seafood and vegetarian specialties. The Vietnamese iced coffee is a great treat any time of the year.
