Miso on Meramec-CLOSED - Closed

16 N. Meramec Ave. Clayton, MO 63105 | Clayton | 314-863-7888

Location Description:

The Clayton mainstay has received a burst of energy from new sushi chef Eliott Harris. The familiar assortment of nigiri sushi, sashimi and standard rolls (Philadelphia, California, spider and so forth) is now joined by Harris' inspired rolls. These include the subtle, elegant "Araka Roll," which adds a grace note of Asian pear to an assortment of tempura shrimp, salmon, cucumber and avocado. The "Shaw Park Roll," featuring wasabi pea-encrusted hamachi, might be the crunchiest sushi you've ever eaten - and among the most delicious. The standout is the "Papasan Roll," a brilliant pairing of cool, sweet striped bass with a raw jalapeƱo wafer.
