A converted Shriners club, the Moolah “Temple” is now somewhat a misnomer -- although any venue with a movie theater (featuring overstuffed leather couches) and a basement bowling alley with jukebox, sports screens, ping-pong, and Ms. Pac-Man might as well be a temple. Plus, the Moolah sports three bars: The upstairs ones are a bit fancier and have the occasional jazz ensemble, while the downstairs venue has more of an arcade grit, appropriate for the rock-&-roll set.
