This Cincinnati-based chain may look more or less identical to the heavy hitters in the sub-sandwich market, but the sandwiches are so good you might think your location is a mom-and-pop joint. The key is the bread: slightly crusty on the outside, soft inside and oh-so tasty. The cheesesteaks are fantastic, the steak sliced thin, the provolone gooey. Cold-cut sandwiches are plump with meat and very flavorful, especially the Italian. Round out your order with thick, crisp, fresh-cut French fries and delicious freshly squeezed lemonade.
