Just west of Kirkwood Road along Big Bend Boulevard, it is easy to drive past the squat white building with the black-and-white awning without noticing it at all, unless your window happens to be down while the pig is cookin'. Richard's Ribs offers ribs, naturally, full slabs, half slabs, etc., as well as pork loin, brats and crispy snoots on Fridays and Saturdays.
