Ride on a rickety elevator up to the eleventh floor and exit straight into India Palace, a solid contender in the Best Ethnic-With-a-View category; the panorama of Bridgeton, the airport and beyond is fabulous. Skinflint gourmands flock to the famous lunch buffet, but dinner is a treat, too -- the tandoori selections, such as chicken and the fish du jour, are incredibly moist, with a flavor that can only be described as "sizzly."
