When you're stumped for a dinner destination and someone says, "What about Arcelia's?" there's always a murmur of assent. Featuring such specialties as pozole (pork-and-hominy soup), empanadas (little meat-filled turnovers) and sopapillas (puffy dessert pastries), Arcelia's is more Mex than Tex, but you'll find satisfying tacos and burritos on the menu as well.
