60 Minutes last night ran a two-part story on the disaster of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico.
In interviews with a survivor of the explosion and with engineering experts, the early evidence suggests that that blame lies squarely with BP for ignoring warnings about the well and attempting quick fixes when the drilling encountered problems.
