Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has been found guilty of one count of lying to the FBI
-- even as the jury hearing the case against him deadlocked on an additional 23 counts, according to wire reports.
The judge has indicated he'll declare a mistrial. That means a new trial, with the same evidence, in hopes of convincing an entirely different set of jurors to find the Guv'nor guilty -- or acquit him outright.
This trial lasted seven weeks. Which can only lead us to conclude that prosecutors have this thing, and it's f@#$&ing golden, and they're not going to give it up for f%&*ing nothing!
And by F#&*@ing nothing
, yes, we mean a conviction on one lousy count of lying to the FBI. Just ask Martha Stewart how much that conviction is likely to hurt Blago's showbiz career
