The latest shooting victim in St. Louis apparently had a pretty bizarre explanation when cops asked him for information.
He had previously thrown someone out of a window -- and was shot last night in retaliation, he allegedly told cops.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, which has faced an unusually challenging and violent week, is now investigating an early-morning College Hill incident that left a 58-year-old man badly injured in an alleyway.
