The Princeton Review released its annual college rankings this week and Washington University in St. Louis scored high in a handful of categories that sure make the school seem like a great place for students!
More so than hundreds of universities across the country, Wash. U. students love their dorms, think campus food is great, have an awesome quality of life and rate their administration very highly.
Oh, and overall, they are super happy. Details below!
Princeton Review conducted surveys at 378 top colleges to rate schools on dozens of topics and report on their campus experiences.
The rankings are based on surveys of about 126,000 students (average of 333 per campus) at schools across the U.S. The company asks students 80 questions about their school's academics, administration, student body and themselves -- and then convert the findings into quantitative rankings.
Wash. U. made six different top twenty lists this year. Here they are in descending order:
No. 12: Best-Run College (Administration Gets High Marks)
Based on students' answers to the survey question: "Overall, how smoothly is your school run?"
No. 9: Happiest Students
Based on students' answers to the survey question: "Overall, how happy are you?"
No. 9: Best Campus Food
