In this week's review of Salume Beddu, I mention the fantastic bread used for sandwiches there, which is baked by Alex Carlson of Red Guitar Bread. I loved this bread so much that you'd think I'd spell Carlson's last name correctly. Alas, I omitted the L. My apologies to Alex.
