At present, the transplanted Dogtown institution is open for dinner only. For more info, call 314-652-4283. (That's the phone number of Agave, which the Arzola family also operates.)Chuy Arzola's closed its Dogtown location in early July of last year, prompting long lines and much gnashing of teeth, rending of garments, spilling of margaritas, etc.
Latitude 26° is now open at 6405 Clayton Road in Dogtown (the former Chuy Arzola's space). The Tex-Mex restaurant is owned by Tony and Kelli Almond, who also operate Almond's in Clayton. According to the sign posted in the front door, the restaurants is open for lunch 11:30 a.m.-2 pm and for dinner 5-10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday.For those who still haven't heard the news: Chuy Arzola's has reopened at 3701 Lindell Boulevard in the Coronado building.
