    Moments ago we followed a Post-Dispatch article that reported sixteen-year-old Devante Thomas, accused of shooting a Berkeley police officer last night, has been caught. Apparently the P-D -- and we -- got that wrong. This just in from the St. Louis County Police Department spokesman Rick Eckhard.
