    Chesterfield Threatens to Secede From St. Louis, Join St. Charles County

    Unless Chesterfield can keep more of its sales tax revenue, the city says it's considering leaving St. Louis County and joining up with its neighbors in St. Charles. Chesterfield mayor Bob Nation told the city council Monday night that he thinks it's time to look at secession as a viable option.
