    Former Negro League ballplayer and erstwhile Riverfront Times columnist Joe Henry is reportedly in grave health. Henry's grandson, Sean Muhammad, passed along word that the 80-year-old baseball legend has spent much of the past few weeks in the hospital. The doctors, according to Muhammad, have diagnosed an early stage of dementia.     It's with a heavy heart that I pass along news of the death of Joe Henry. The former Negro League baseball player died early Friday morning after suffering several weeks of ill health.     Prince Joe Henry, a native of Brooklyn, Illinois, and one of the Negro Leagues' last great entertainers, died yesterday. He was 78.
