Among the dozen or so tacos available at Gringo include the pescado (grilled or fried market fish, Napa cabbage slaw, chipotle crema, toasted pepitas), carnitas (confit pork shoulder, salsa verde, pickled red onion) and the signature Gringo (crispy tortilla, ground beef, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jack cheese, Mexican chipotle crema).
