Besides having some of the best soul food in St. Louis, Mom's Soul Food Kitchen is the kind of place that makes you feel like you're visiting a family's house for dinner. A lot of that has to do with the fact that the menu is prepared entirely from scratch. It's also a family-operated restaurant, run almost entirely by the family of Leola Meeks, aka "Mom."
