The Market at Mosaic offers all sorts of little goodies. Coffee beans and accessories, jams and other treats are available at the front end of the restaurant.
The rabbit-leg "daube" was the most appealing dish on the menu of Mosaic Bistro Market. Thumper is largely absent from St. Louis restaurants, and this preparation promised braised bunny with the intriguing addition of merguez sausage.
