Well nice to see Lola Van Ella is finally admitting her roots as a former east side stripper. She look's quite comfortable in those "Wink and Pink" routines. By the way I don't think it's "classy" nor "burlesque" when you are giving multiple girl lap dances on a stage in front of an art crowd. Myself and a LARGE group of artists boycotted the event and didn't submit anything this year when we learned of Lola's involvement. Frankly we are sick of her mafioso bullying tactics, tastless and trashy way of operation, her same tired regurgitated routines and everything else she does. Thankfully more and more people are realizing her shows are nothing but the same repeated crap with a different song. Above all this $30 to $75 for a ticket really? For a show meant to support local artists? Well I guess they had to make sure Lola could be paid her ridiculous salary.
