Downtown St. Louis was filled with a rainbow of colors during PrideFest weekend June 28-29, 2014. With top-notch entertainment, a vibrant parade and plenty of food and drink, St. Louis proved yet again why the local Pride celebration is one of the best in the nation.
Some photos feature revealing clothing and are slightly NSFW.

Actually, we've been having trouble with our slideshow system, which has been doing strange things to photos. If you've read the RFT in print or online in the past, you'll know that photographers Theo Welling and Caroline Yoo are excellent at what they do and have received plenty of praise for their work. Thanks for pointing out the problem, though; we're working on finding the right solution.
Kinda depressing, I'm not one to talk down on other people's photography, but come on RFT, I had a better photo taken of me with a camera phone. Was your photog using a $50 point-and-shoot the whole time? The photos are blurry and overexposed. Last year I saw my photo and loved it, even thought about applying to be a photographer, Now I see we're just pulling people off the streets and handing them cameras. Most of this stuff should be on "Youarenotaphotographer.com"
I carried around a D3100 with a 50mm 1.8 lens on it and feel I captured Pridefest better and clearer than this. Sorry if I was rude, but I hope you didn't pay for these photos...
Pride was amazing, but these photos are completely blown out... It seems RFT would have photographers who know how to shoot manual and adjust their exposure or at least be able to do it in post processing. They could have been amazing photos. But, thanks for sharing them RFT
