Speakeasy Cinema Burlesque at Jumpin' Jupiter

Friday March 22nd we will be performing at Cicero's in the Delmar Loop!  We have a 730 and 1030pm performance that night and proceeds are going to benefit Breast Cancer efforts in Saint Louis

Hey so everyone knows we will no longer be performing at Jupiter.  Our troupe has left and will now be performing at Cicero's in the U-City Loop.  Our next show is Tomorrow Saturday 9th and all proceeds are going benefit Breast Cancer in Saint Louis!!  We have a 7pm and a 10pm we hope to see you out!!  

The password for this week's show is "Toga"!  Also we will be giving away FREE "End of Watch" Blu-Rays AAAAAAAAAAAAND Niko Smith (Ozzie Smith's Son and Former American Idol Contestant) will be performing!

We want to know your favorite movies!  Comment here we WILL check them!  Some of the concepts being thrown around of films to add to the show are "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", "Gremlins", "Stripes", "Star Wars", and more!  However we want to know what YOU would like to see!

All this positive love for the show!  That's freaking awesome!  It makes us feel great that everyone loved the show so much!  We can't wait to see everyone back this Friday and the weeks to come!  It's your enjoyment is why we do it!

Me and a big group of girlfriends went to this show the other night and had such a blast.  Giving my drunk girlfriend one of the little foam planes to throw for the king kong routine might have been a bad idea but nobody lost an eye and seeing those hundred little planes flying was pretty nifty.  Personally I think my favorite routines were "Please Mr. Jailer" with their new girl Daisy Dazzles or their "Slimer" routine with Little Dolly Fae....it was so original and fun and the special effects were awesome!  Plus the venue is gorgeous and they took such amazing care of us for my friends birthday!  Definitely going back to the venue and definitely will be making repeat trips to see this show since they said they will be adding new stuff every week!  I can't wait to see what they come up with next!!

This troupe put on a truly amazing show.  Probably one of the best when it has come to burlesque that I have seen in a long time, certainly the most fun show I have ever seen.  As the Dean of a drama department I tend to have to embrace all manner of different productions good and bad but this is positively the most fun I have had out to the theater in a long time!  I definitely recommend this show!!

What an incredible, INCREDIBLE feeling the 28th was! The energy inside the Jumpin Jupiter was truly electic. Sold out, standing room only crowd, TONS of armed forces in the building and it was truly an AMAZING show! I am consistently impressed with the quality of show these folks put on and they perform EVERY Friday! Most troupes perform once a month or so but this amazing group of people throws themself head first into an awesome show, holding nothing back, EVERY FRIDAY! It's why I go EVERY week! I will be there this coming Friday! Great job girls!!

For all of those who either LOVED the show or for whatever reason didn't get to see it we are doing it again this coming Friday January 4th! Door's open at 7, dinner served at 8 and the show at 9pm! Every Friday we do the show and every Friday it gets better! We are always adding new performances and more so its never the same twice but ALWAYS a blast!
