Eric Erhard's Mojo Tapas Restaurant & Bar opened to the public on April 13 of this year. Erhard spent many years working for other restaurateurs such as Mike Johnson and Steve Gontram before stepping out on his own with Mojo.

Owner and chef Eric Erhard has logged time at several area restaurants: Annie Gunn's, Harvest and Boogaloo. The influence of Boogaloo is apparent at Mojo.
