No, there's not another medication on the market that blocks all possible pollens, but the Missouri Botanical Garden (4344 Shaw Boulevard; 314-577-9400) is finally "planting" some flowers that won't make your eyes feel like they have sawdust in them. See this special foliage when you pay the garden a visit today to see Glass in the Garden: Chihuly at the Missouri Botanical Garden, which features beautiful works by phenomenal glass artist Dale Chihuly. His forms, at once capturing both the fluidity of Medusa's mane of snakes and flora's constant beauty, are guaranteed to give you pause — but not to sneeze. The garden is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and the show — which is held in the Climatron, the Shoenberg Temperate House and on the garden's grounds — continues through Tuesday, October 31. Entrance to Glass costs $3 to $8 in addition to regular garden admission ($2 to $8), and seeing how the organics and the artworks play off each other is well worth the money. The opening reception was from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 28, and this exhibit remains on view through Saturday, July 29.
