Go Vertical

The war in Iraq is undoubtedly a touchy subject, and no one knows that better than Nadia, an American political science professor at Yale. When she is forced to defend her support of the war to her British fiancé's anti-war dad, the conversation ends up going beyond politics. Will she and her womanizing father-in-law to-be end up finding common ground (wink, wink)? Head over to the Emerson Studio Theatre in the Loretto-Hilton Center (130 Edgar Road, Webster Groves) to catch a performance of The Vertical Hour and find out. The play opens on Wednesday, January 16, with an 8 p.m. preview performance and continues daily (except Monday) through Sunday, February 3. Tickets cost $32.50 to $50 and can be purchased at 314-968-4925 and www.repstl.org.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: Jan. 16. Continues through Feb. 3, 2008
