Inside Gringo in the Central West End

Among the dozen or so tacos available at Gringo include the pescado (grilled or fried market fish, Napa cabbage slaw, chipotle crema, toasted pepitas), carnitas (confit pork shoulder, salsa verde, pickled red onion) and the signature Gringo (crispy tortilla, ground beef, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jack cheese, Mexican chipotle crema).

The shrimp coctel ceviche stars wild-caught shrimp accented with Mexican cocktail sauce, avocado, cilantro and orange with saladitas crackers.

The tortilla soup features all-natural chicken, roasted tomatoes, cumin and green chiles.

The colorful taco salad brings crispy corn tortillas, black beans, jack cheese, Mexican crema, cilantro-buttermilk dressing and a slew of vegetables.
Gringo's "Rosa Mexicana" is made with hibiscus-infused tequila, Gran Gala liqueur, lemon and orange juices, and simple syrup.
