Pizzeria Tivoli 

It says something about the number and variety of pizzerias in St. Louis that Pizzeria Tivoli isn't the first place in town where I've eaten pizza with gyro meat on it. Still, the "Villa d'Este" pizza at this south-city restaurant is unique -- in my experience, at least -- in that it actually attempts to re-create the experience of eating a gyro. The Tivoli salad is made with mixed greens, red onions, feta cheese kalamata olives, tomatoes and artichokes.
The Caprese Salad is prepared with fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
The Villa D'Este is a gyro pizza made with gyro meat, olive oil, feta, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and tzaziki sauce.
The Mediterranean Pizza is prepared with tomato sauce, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, feta, mozzarella and artichoke hearts.
