Rosalita's Cantina 

A few items might catch your eye as you read the menu. Listed among the appetizers, for example, is a jalape�o dish that features whole peppers that are stuffed with a mixture of shrimp, corn, garlic and Oaxaca cheese, then roasted. These are served with a mango-habanero sauce that's tastier � and much hotter � than the pedestrian salsa that's delivered with your complimentary tortilla chips. The avocado mandarin cucumber salad is prepared with spinach, avocado, mandarin oranges, cucumber, green onions and drizzled with a jalapeno basil vinaigrette.
Duck Mole is oven roasted duck leg and thigh smothered with mole and is served with zucchini, squash and charro beans.
The Shrimp Diablo is jumbo shrimp with a spicy blend of chiles and onions served with cilantro rice and beans.
The Chimichanga at Rosalita's is a fried flour tortilla filled with chicken or ground beef (in this case, chicken,) topped with chile con queso, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole with rice and beans. You can also substitute the protein for
The Stuffed Jalapenos appetizer is five shrimp, garlic, corn and Oaxaca cheese stuffed jalapenos, roasted and served with mango habanero salsa.
The Sopapilla Cheesecake is made with roasted almonds and a cinnamon pastry on top of vanilla cheesecake. Served with chocolate and caramel sauces.
The Red Pepper Jicama Salad with Mango & Red Onion is served with a lemon honey vinaigrette.
