Steve Gontram's Five Star Burgers 

Former acclaimed Harvest owner/chef Steve Gontram's new venture is a Clayton gourmet-hamburger joint, Five Star Burgers.

The "Gateway Burger" is served with smoked bacon, crispy onion rings, cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce.
"Roast Tomato Soup" with a side of crispy cheese curds.
The "Turkey Burger" cobb salad is served with grilled natural turkey, organic romaine lettuce, smoked bacon, avocado, tomatoes, cheddar and egg, with a black peppercorn ranch dressing.
The veggie burger is prepared with lentils, vegetables and whole grains served with roasted red pepper mayonnaise, tomato, onion and lettuce.
The "Mixed Basket" comes with russet and sweet-potato fries.
The "Breakfast of Champions Burger" is served with a sunny-side-up egg, American cheese, roast tomato-bacon jam and hollandaise sauce.
