The Foodporn of the 2014 Iron Fork at Union Station 

Iron Fork, the Riverfront Times' annual battle royale and feast, was held March 20 at Union Station in downtown St. Louis. Guests sampled dishes, desserts and drinks from nearly 40 area restaurants while watching cutthroat culinary competition. John Perkins of Juniper beat out Brian Coltrain of Element, Colleen Clawson of Standard Fare and last year's winner Ed Heath of Cleveland-Heath for the chef title. In the cocktail competition, Brittany Van Hook of Table Three triumphed over Chris Wheeler of Prasino, Keyan Still of Sanctuaria, Dustin Parres of Gamlin Whiskey House, and Keeley McGrew and Miles Ray of HandleBar.
