The Women of the Rising – on again, at the Irish Corner Pub, Lemp and Cherokee, Saturday, Sept. 17, 1pm. Free. All are welcome. The Rising - Ireland’s ‘shot heard around the world’. As many as 300 women took part, many on the front lines. They came from all walks of life, each with her own reason for fighting. Meet them.
