Chicken Big

The inimitable Tony Hale is immensely talented. Sure, most of that talent lies in his ability to perfectly articulate and emit a nervous, anxious energy that rivals a drunken hamster stuck on its wheel. Everyone's favorite Bluth has other skills as well, as evidenced by his new children's book, Archibald's Next Big Thing. Co-written with St. Louis' own Tony Biaggne, the story follows protagonist Archibald Strutter, a chicken on the search for his next big life event, and his friend Bee, a bee who helps him along the way. Hale visits the Saint Louis Art Museum in Forest Park at 2 p.m. today to read and sign copies of his book. A question-and-answer session follows the reading -- try to keep the chicken imitations to a minimum, maybe? Tickets are free but required. Call 314-721-0072 or visit www.slam.org to get them.
