It's too hot to cook. Hell, it's almost too hot eat some days. The only solution is to get someone else to cook for you — and if that person has some suggestions on meals you could make that aren't lasagna-bombs, even better. Chef Rene Cruz of Harry's Restaurant visits the Samuel Cupples House (3673 West Pine Mall) at 5 p.m. today for Wine & Dine Wednesday. Cruz will demonstrate some fine ideas for light summer fare (cucumbers, how do they work?) and then you get to eat these demonstrated ideas. Education really is the key to all our futures, isn't it?
