Fans of college basketball, drop those remote controls and head down to Scottrade Center (1401 Clark Avenue; 314-241-1888 or www.scottradecenter.com) to enjoy the rarely played basketball doubleheader. The Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase, a fundraiser for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, brings four Division I teams together to tip off the new season. Arkansas plays Louisville in the first game, and Memphis takes on the University of Kansas in the second game. The first game begins at 6:30 p.m., and tickets are $25 to $200.
