Family Feud

Brooke Wyeth, a young writer on the bestseller path to success, returns home to her conservative parents in Palm Springs, but the visit turns ugly. Brooke has penned a tell-all memoir with a heavy dose of family secrets, and she needs the family's approval before publishing. Her parents are not cool with that. Ideals and values clash, and long-repressed resentments emerge. Wyeth gives her parents an impossible ultimatum, and the result nearly destroys the family for good. Jon Robin Baitz's Other Desert Cities will fulfill whatever salacious sweet tooth you may or may not secretly possess. The Repertory Theatre of Saint Louis presents Other Desert Cities Tuesday through Sunday (February 12 through March 9) on the Browning Mainstage at the Loretto-Hilton Center on Webster University campus (130 Edgar Road; 314-968-4925 or www.repstl.org). Tickets are $16.50 to $76.
Tuesdays-Sundays, 7 p.m. Starts: Feb. 12. Continues through March 9, 2014
