They're not cover songs, they're tributes: Pay homage to Canadian prog-rockers Rush as Thunderhead — A Tribute to Rush takes the stage at the House of Rock in Ronnie's Plaza. If you prefer something more smooth and silky, Finale in Clayton hosts a tribute to Earth, Wind & Fire. When they play "Reasons," try to keep your clothes on.

Go green: Home Eco, St. Louis' first environmentally friendly general store, celebrates its year anniversary on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with live music, origami, food and warm drinks. Come for the treats, stay for the green goods.
Trouble in paradise: It may only be playing in super-limited release, but Jonestown: The Life and Death of Peoples Temple, deserves significant attention. Head to the Tivoli for this superb documentary.
Grind Up and get down: Local hip-hop label Grind Up Records celebrates the release of records by Ludy and Varcity at 3 p.m. at in the Delmar Loop. Both acts will perform at this free event.

One of everything, please: Never had dim sum? Jump in with both feet Sunday morning at Lu Lu Seafood Restaurant. Sit near the kitchen, if you can, and don't be shy.
Totally chic, seven days a week: Rejoice, ye acolytes of high design! Urban Materials + Accessories (UMA) is now open on Sundays. Owner Mike Finan credits neighboring spots (like the adorable creperie Rooster) for downtown's increased weekend foot traffic, but that's just the humility talkin' — UMA's a destination in itself.
Dream a little dream: Drop into Side Pockets from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, and challenge your favorite St. Louis Blue to a game of air hockey. Or foosball. Or just ask one of 'em to give you an autograph. Tickets cost $8 to $20 at the door, and proceeds benefit the Dream Factory.
