Do kids getting ready to drink in their cars represent Ladue High? Their hand-chosen Vine suggests as such.

You know the various St. Louis high school stereotypes, but could you distill the image of each school in the area to one six-second video?

Twitter user "Melina!" (real name Melina Psihountas, Twitter handle @xanhoe) set out to do just that on Tuesday — and her clever pairings drew a huge response. The helpful Vine-based guide to St. Louis high schools has drawn more than 1,800 retweets as of press time — and twice as many favorites. Rather than crying foul, area students have been diving into her mentions to beg for more.

Perhaps that's because it seems more or less spot-on. The videos she's chosen show people preening, smoking pot, flashing money and swigging booze — but they're all so goofily affectionate that it's hard not to nod along .... and, when she gets to your school, laugh your ass off.

For those who aren't on Twitter, we'll give you the whole damn thing, beginning with Parkway Central and ending with Vianney:

As the thread entered its second day and students continued to press for Psihountas to reduce their school to a six-second video stereotype, she pleaded for patience. Naturally, she did it via Vine:

Psihountas tells us she's currently a student at Mizzou. She says she started the thread after seeing a similar one in Kentucky. "I was like OK, I have to do this for St. Louis because we have so many high schools and such distinct culture with all of them," she says. She's definitely right about that!

Incidentally, Psihountas' own high school was not immune to her commentary: She tells us she went to Parkway West.
