The McLozzi Deli & Marketplace (2870 McNair Avenue; 314-773-2621 or www.myspace.com/mclozzi) seems like a magical place. Not only is it Thanksgiving year-round there — the shop's Gobbler sandwich comes stacked high with roasted turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce — but the deli also has the ability to transport you to a relaxing vacation destination. Each Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., the eatery hosts themed lunches, and this week, the Caribbean Barbecue will help you unwind. Dine on grilled plantains, jerk chicken, red beans and rice, and mango slaw, while knocking back a few special-recipe rum runners. The meal costs $9.99, which is a small price to pay for having the opportunity to reimagine our humid air as humid ocean air.
