Jay Wolke has spent the past decade photographing Southern Italy's Mezzogiorno landscape, a regions often stereotyped for being poorer, more illiterate and crime-ridden than the rest of the country. A selection of Wolke's large-scale color photographs examine the rise and fall of the regions's colonial, political and commercial powers. On display Tuesday through Saturday through Saturday, September 4. Admission is free.
