Justice Is Blonde

Can a beautiful girl who has it all really find happiness in America? Only if she learns the true value of what it is she really has. Elle Woods is gorgeous, in a great sorority, engaged to handsome legal student Warner and destined for happiness. But when Warner dumps her for someone more serious, Elle decides to prove herself to Warner. She follows him to Harvard Law and also enrolls, determined to become what he wants. Once Elle discovers that she has a talent for cross-examination and more smarts than she's thus far exhibited in life, she's a changed woman. Legally Blonde: The Musical shows that you can't judge a girl by her hair color. Stages St. Louis presents the frothy musical Tuesday through Sunday (July 19 through August 18) at the Robert G. Reim Theatre (111 South Geyer Road, Kirkwood; 314-821-2407 or www.stagesstlouis.org). Tickets are $20 to $55.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: July 19. Continues through Aug. 18, 2013
