Death has come to life this month at the Webster Film Series, as most of October is devoted to movies centered around the theme of the unrestful dead. Tonight at 7:30 p.m. it's George Romero's 1978 horror classic Dawn of the Dead. The sequel to his Night of the Living Dead, this one features a rag-tag group of survivors fighting off the necessary zombies in an abandoned shopping mall while also battling a vicious biker gang. The screening takes place in Moore Auditorium on the Webster University campus (470 East Lockwood Avenue; 314-968-7487 or www.webster.edu/filmseries). Admission is $5 to $6.
