Perils Of A Full-Time Faerie

St. Louis County's own No. 1 New York Times best-selling author Laurell K. Hamilton has not one, but two successful series that have kept readers riveted with their bewildering blend of magic, mystery, horror and romance. Her long-running Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series is set in St. Louis, and it has even been adapted by Marvel Comics into a collection of graphic novels. Hamilton's forthcoming book, A Shiver of Light, is the latest in her Merry Gentry series and keys in on the former private detective turned full-time faerie princess as she struggles to defend her newborn triplets from none other than Taranis, the King of Light and Illusion.
