Quench Your Thirst

It's beneficial

We just can't bring ourselves to imagine a world without pets. A sweet, loving companion animal can help folks cope with life, especially when those people have been diagnosed with something as life-changing as HIV/AIDS. Saint Louis Effort for AIDS recognizes this, so it offers a program called Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS), which helps EFA clients care for their animals. To generate funds for this initiative and others offered by EFA, take part in Thirst for Life. During this benefit a choice posse of more than 30 local eating and drinking establishments donates a percentage of your beverage tab to the cause. It's the perfect way to enjoy a tasty libation or two while giving something back. For the full roster of participating restaurants, clubs, bars and coffeehouses, visit www.stlefa.org; Attitudes Nightclub and the Atomic Cowboy are both donating 100 percent!
