Not sure which art medium to support in your limited weeknight free time? Instead of playing eeny, meeny, miny, moe between concerts, movies and exhibits, survey and support a cross section of the local-art scene in one convenient stop. RAW: St. Louis presents RADIATE, a varied local artist showcase exploring work in the fields of film, music, fashion, performance and visual art. RAW is an international organization dedicated to providing resources to up and coming creatives, and Radiate is its St. Louis chapter's second event. Features include music by the Root Diggers, a demonstration by chocolatier Oh Sheila! and work by fashion designer Sierra New-wave artist Thelonius Kryptonite hosts Radiate Thursday, August 16, from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Coliseum Music Lounge (2619 Washington Avenue; 314-531-2920).
