One person's copy of Nabokov's Speak, Memory is another man's treasure to the Young Literati Traveling Library, so relocate all the memoirs currently collecting dust on your bookshelves and attend the Wax Nostalgic Book Swap on Tuesday, August 14. Hosted by the Schlafly Tap Room (2100 Locust Street; 314-241-2337) from 6 to 8 p.m., this swap centers on memoirs, but, in the words of the group organizers, “...or any other type of book! We're not sticklers about it.” Meet other bibliophiles, imbibe a few brews and, perhaps most importantly, befriend new books.
