You were conceived in 1723 and have brought profound pleasure to millions of music lovers around the world ever since. You're still as popular as ever. Your name is The Four Seasons, and you are your musical parent's greatest and most famous offspring. That father, Antonio Vivaldi, composed well over 300 concertos in his lifetime, but it's the magical quartet of concertos for violin that comprise Le Quattro Stagioni that sealed his everlasting renown.
