Time, she is of the essence in this medal-motivated, Tweeting age. What better time then for St. Louis Shakespeare to stage The Compleat Wrks of Wllm Shkspr (Abridged)? This play tasks three actors with presenting 37 of the bard’s plays -- Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, you name it -- in less than 120 minutes. Sound impossible? Not for guys who talk fast, think faster and skip over the boring parts, all for comedy gold and your viewing pleasure. To whirl through William’s oeuvre with them, head to the Grandel Theatre (3610 Grandel Square) tonight at 8 p.m. Performances continue Thursday through Sunday until August 19; visit www.stlshakespeare.org for a complete list of showtimes. Tickets cost $15 to $25 (visit www.brownpapertickets.com to make a purchase), a most efficient price.
Thursdays-Sundays. Starts: Aug. 10. Continues through Aug. 19, 2012
