Riley's Pub, the place with the St. Patrick-approved phone number (314-66-IRISH -- for real, laddie) opens at 11 a.m. today. Irish Stew and the lesser-known Irish Pizza are on the menu, there's live Irish music throughout the day, and of course, beer will be readily available.
