Saint Louis Cellars (2640 South Big Bend Boulevard, Maplewood; 314-880-9000 or www.saintlouiscellars.com) is "All Shook Up" (Brut Champagne) about the 31st anniversary of Elvis' death. So to honor "The King" (cabernet sauvignon), they're putting on their "Blue Suede" (chardonnay) shoes today for an all-day (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) Elvis Presley wine tasting of Graceland Cellars' Elvis-themed wines. The wines, which also include "Blue Hawaii" Riesling and "Jailhouse Rock" Merlot, aren't aged in the Jungle Room, but produced for Graceland Cellars by California wineries. And though they haven't won any Grammys, "The King" has earned gold medals at the Monterrey Wine Festival. Which makes it just the sort of thing to drink with meatloaf, collard greens or a deep-fried peanut-butter-and-banana sandwich.
